WHAT IS AN ASSESSMENT?

According to the National Library of Medicine, an assessment is the process of obtaining information about the client's current situation, such as substance use, and how it is affecting his or her life. It is an essential part of treatment and care for many individuals. At our office we obtain a comprehensive history of all aspects impinging upon the individual's condition.
