Consulting Care LCSW, PLLC is a Limited Liability Company which provides clinical social work services to individuals with different needs.  The Program Director has over 20 years of experience assisting individuals at different capacities, both as part of different organizations and as an independent consultant.  Licensed to practice in the state of New York. 

We have a background in the following areas: Immigration Advocacy, intensive care management services to vulnerable populations such as individuals with chronic medical conditions i.e. HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, persistent homelessness and co-occurring disorders; discharge planning at in-patient substance abuse treatment facilities; mental health/substance abuse treatment at hospital’s outpatient department; social work services to seniors at nursing homes; and private practice as a Mental Health Clinician with children, adults and seniors.
